SwordPointToOffer(49): 把字符串转换成整数

题目

将一个字符串转换成一个整数，要求不能使用字符串转换整数的库函数。 数值为0或者字符串不是一个合法的数值则返回0。

分析

这个题目需要考虑边界条件，非法输入等，当出现非法输入时返回 0，同时还应该设置全局变量isValid这样可以和输入正确的字符串 “0”区分开。
